Funny story: I met Cameron when I had a booth at the Women's Show way back in April. He was running the booth next to me. It was a two day show so I made friends with the vendors around me. Fast forward a few months and low and behold: I get to shoot his engagements and wedding!
These two are a gorgeous couple. They met on a singles retreat in Yellowstone that neither of them really wanted to go to. It's funny how things work out, isn't it? Now they are planning for a December wedding!
We took these photos at the ever coveted Tibble Fork. It was freezing and beautiful. If you have ever been to Tibble, you know that there are a dozen photographers there at any given point in time. This session was a little different - it was the ONLY time I have shot at Tibble alone. The solitude only lasted for about 30 minutes before another friendly photographer showed up, but it was nice to be able to shoot anywhere we wanted without having to wait around for certain spots.
Tibble Fork Res will be drained next year - so to my clients hoping for a session there - just know there will be no water. As far as I know we will still have access to the pine side of the lake, but we wont have the same mountain views that clients are used to. (Good thing we live on the Wasatch front... I know lots of pretty mountain locations!)
Enjoy!
xoxo
